Gloria Hutt persona no grata, para los viejos y los Funiculares de Valparaíso

La ministra de transporte Gloria Hutt sabe cómo contener conflictos, y claro cuando su marido era parte de la dictadura cívico-militar ella inició su entrenamiento como dirigente CEMA, organización que se adueñó (ilegalmente por cierto) de cientos de propiedades del Estado, que recién los tribunales están logrando recuperar.

La señora, que no se complica en asesorar a Tur Bus y a otras empresas del Transantiago, de tener acciones en varias empresas de transporte y ser ministra del mismo rubro. Claro que eso tiene un costo, que es poner la cara por el gasto de $550 millones por el cambio de nombre del sistema de transporte de la capital y que beneficio a los parientes de Piñera y Chadwick.

Conozco a esta señora desde cuando era Subsecretaria de la misma cartera, y recuerdo que le dije en su cara que era una mentirosa, frente a su jefe el exministro Errázuriz por supuesto, y como es su costumbre, ni un músculo de su ajada cara se movió, menos tomo algún tono de rubor, costumbre que mantiene hasta hoy.

Sin arrugarse, ha puesto su rostro de madera para explicar que se prorrogan las concesiones del transporte, así sea que estas no cumplen con las cláusulas de servicios especificados en contratos firmados con el estado. Ha mantenido casi inmovilizados a los taxistas prometiendo que a la ley solo le faltan las comas, desde el 2018 y ahora le ha prometido a los camioneros de la Región de Valparaíso la construcción del Terminal N°2 y darle zona de apoyo para los contenedores, el mismo oferton más algunas pensiones para los trabajadores, los cuales quedaron tan contentos que están inmovilizados y castigados por los alemanes de TPS.

Pero esos son los hitos públicos más importantes que se saben, sin embargo la ministra de 63 años es una maldita con las personas de su edad más pobres, es decir con la tercera edad y una derechista que cuida los negocios de sus socios.

A principio del 2018 se ingresó a Contraloría para su revisión y aprobación el decreto N°9 del Ministerio de Transporte, que definía el reglamento para la operación de los Funiculares y Ascensores y que modificaba el Decreto Supremo N° 212 de 1992 del mismo ministerio.

Lo concreto es que mediante el oficio N° 6.584 del 5 de octubre de 2018 fue retirado y no ha sido reingresado por orden de la accionista de Falabella, del Banco Santander, del BCI y también de Latam Airlines, perdón de la Ministra de Transporte. Así las cosas, el 12 % de la población de la ciudad de Valparaíso que son adultos mayores, no podrán acceder a rebajas o gratuidad del pasaje en los funiculares, estos los mal llamados ascensores no podrán ser integrados a la red de transporte público.

Mientras se fotografiaba y prometía a los gremios precisamente lo que nunca impulsara o cumplirá, nos dejaba instalado a la cabeza de la Empresa Portuaria de Valparaíso a uno de quienes defendían y operaban en favor del Mall de Falabella que quería quedarse con el borde costero. La ministra fue dirigente de CEMA en San Antonio, el actual presidente de EPV es el ex vicepresidente de la empresa portuaria de San Antonio, la señora es accionista de Falabella, el presidente de EPV y su bufete defendieron más de 10 años al Mall Falabella, para mi muchas coincidencias.
