Diputado González (PPD) e informe de Contraloría al Municipio de Viña del Mar “la gestión de Reginato tocó fondo”

Con una fuerte crítica a la gestión municipal, el diputado Rodrigo González cuestionó el rol de la alcaldesa Virginia Reginato luego de conocerse un lapidario informe de Contraloría que habla de un déficit por más de 17 mil 500 millones, horas extras no realizadas, y el ocultamiento y entrega de información falsa entre los años 2015 a 2017 asegurando que existía un superávit cuando en realidad había un déficit presupuestario.

Para el diputado y ex alcalde de la comuna, Rodrigo González, corresponde que Virginia Reginato de un paso al costado “La gestión de la alcaldesa Reginato tocó fondo y lo único que correspondería es que ella renuncie a su cargo y entregue al concejo municipal las facultades para guiar la ciudad, puesto que ha sido incapaz de conducirla a una gestión regulada por la ley. Ella abusó de todas las normas legales, superó con creces el gasto de personal y honorarios, esa es una causal de notable abandono de deberes, además engañó y entregó información falsa sobre la situación financiera de la municipalidad lo que también constituye una causal de abandono de deberes”.

González emplazó a los concejales viñamarinos a presentar la denuncia, ya que de ellos depende el futuro de la alcaldesa Reginato “hoy día los concejales están obligados de presentar de acuerdo a sus facultades la causal de abandono de deberes ante el tribunal electoral para que la alcaldesa, si no lo hace voluntariamente, esté obligada a dejar su cargo, porque los ciudadanos de Viña del Mar no se merecen una gestión tan desastrosa, con tanto daño, y con elementos absolutamente reñidos con la probidad y deberes que tiene que cumplir la municipalidad, en el informe se evidencia que ella ha regalado recursos a empresas de aseo, entregado patentes de alcoholes a difuntos, gastos excesivos en arriendo y mantención de vehículos, realizado 3 o 4 licitaciones fracasadas, en resumen existe falta de gobernabilidad”.

Según el parlamentario, también han incurrido en falta los directores municipales, ya que según el informe han recibidos millonarios sueldos mediante horas extras no realizadas “durante 8 años seguidos los directores han recibidos miles de millones de pesos a través de sobresueldos, ellos son parte también de una situación irregular y anormal constituyendo causales de delito, situación de la cual no está exenta la alcaldesa Reginato”.

Finalmente González, quién hoy junto al diputado Daniel Verdessi se reunió con el Contralor regional subrogante, Víctor Rivera, acompañado por representantes vecinales de la Población Vergara y Santa Inés, aseguró que para el mes de abril la Contraloría tendrá un nuevo informe sobre las irregularidades en la entrega de patentes de alcoholes, ruidos molestos y otros incumplimientos de las normativas municipales denunciadas semanas atrás.
