Denuncian ante Contraloría nuevo caso de proyecto inmobiliario “zombie” en Valpo

Los vecinos del Cerro Las Delicias sólo piden que se aplique la legalidad urbanística.

Junta de Vecinos del Cerro Las Delicias, con el patrocinio de la Fundación Defendamos la Ciudad solicitó la caducidad de permiso de obras que favorece proyecto de 2 torres de 21 pisos y 3 subterráneos.

En virtud de la norma legal contemplada en la Ordenanza General de Urbanismo y Construcciones (OGUC) que dispone que un permiso de construcción caducará automáticamente a los tres años de concedido, si no se hubieren iniciado las obras correspondientes o si éstas hubieren permanecido paralizadas durante el mismo lapso, fue ingresado ayer una solicitud de caducidad de la autorización de edificación extendida por la Dirección de Obras Municipales de Valparaíso, en favor de un proyecto inmobiliario en el Cerro Las Delicias.

La presentación fue oficializada ante la Contraloría Regional de Valparaíso, por la presidenta de la Junta de Vecinos N°118 de Valparaíso, María Eugenia Sepúlveda, en compañía de un grupo de vecinos y con el patrocinio del abogado de la Fundación Defendamos la Ciudad, Rodrigo Avendaño.

Específicamente, y junto con denunciar la eventual indiferencia del Director de Obras de Valparaíso, Matías Valdés, se solicitó al contralor Hugo Merino un pronunciamiento en torno a la caducidad del Permiso de Edificación N° 503, del 4 de diciembre de 2013 y modificado el 1 de junio del año pasado,  y originalmente contemplaba la construcción de 2 edificios de 21 pisos y 3 subterráneos, ubicado en calle Ibsen N° 235-255-241-263, Cerro Las Delicias, de Valparaíso.
