Algo huele mal con las cargas limpias

Como un verdadero desfile de autoridades y candidatos se han transformado las invitaciones a escuchar  a los trabajadores portuarios de Valparaíso que  bajo amenazas y acciones han puesto el tema de las cargas limpias en el tapete nacional, a partir de no atender a un crucero de turistas y obligando al desvió de otro, porque la empresa portuaria (EPV), se niega a negociar.

Incluido el capitán planeta antes que fuera sacrificado por los socialistas, asistió a una invitación que le hicieran para escuchar los reclamos de los trabajadores, que no se han salido una coma del libreto, solo argumentando la libre competencia y la igualdad para acceder al trabajo, cuestión que es negada por EPV, que no permite que se afore y tampoco se inspeccione la carga en la concesión del terminal Nº1 que se les entrego a los alemanes a partir del año 2000.

Como información complementaria podríamos decir que la estatal es un verdadero feudo administrado por un poder que supera La Moneda, es un botín que se reparte  entre los UDI, los P$ y los DC, prueba de esto son los almuerzos de camarería que en secreto , el trio dinámico convoca cada vez que se les avecina un conflicto.

El conflicto parte con un paro de camioneros que después de muchos años se cansaron de pagar los costos de una mala planificación logística,  EPV modifico la logística y los costos fueron traspasados a TPS y eso fue llamado cargas limpias, sin embargo lo que no se sabe es que ZEAL (empresa española) no paga a EPV lo que el contrato de concesión estipula, y que  EPV subsidia a una empresa trasnacional cuestión prohibida por la Ley.

Después de fallidas peticiones a contraloría y a tribunales los trabajadores decidieron presionar a EPV, con el arma que todos los trabajadores del mundo tenemos y eso no es otra cosa que parar las faenas y decidieron no atender los cruceros de turistas, es más dijeron que si no se les dan los aforos e inspecciones, no atenderían cruceros.

El desconocimiento del tema ha llevado incluso al alcalde autonomista, a asegurar que  los trabajadores serian carne de cañón de los alemanes (TPS), sin embargo lo que los trabajadores no han hecho, para no enemistarse con  la otra  empresa española a cargo del terminal Nº 2 OHL, es decir públicamente,  que a los españoles ( Azvi, OHL e Indra)se les subsidia y que son tramposos.

Cada cual sacara sus cuentas y podrá opinar informado, solo decir que por el mismo trabajo en la empresa espejo donde se afora y la EPV subsidia, a los trabajadores se les paga menos.
